The Barium Sulfate eye and thyroid shields are latex free and 100% disposable through a standard hospital waste system. Infab’s one time use shields eliminate cross infection and contamination while blocking scatter and direct beam radiation.Protection

Infab’s Eye protection has been independently tested to reduce radiation dosages by 40% at 50 kVp to 150 kVp. The hypoallergenic adhesives ensure proper fit and minimal artifacts on the resulting image.Thyroid Shield
Infab’s thyroid shield comfortable fits all patients and has a lead equivalency of 0.125mm. The independently tested shield shows over 60% dose reduction at 50 kVp to 150 kVp during CT and general X-ray examinations.
