The SorbX™ Multi-Purpose Shields with Fenestration are available with one, two or three levels of radiation protection. These shields are designed with an overall dimension of 12” x 16.5”, and have a 3.5” x 2” rectangular fenestration area. The shields are available in our standard material and also with highly absorbent material. The SorbX™ shields are sterile, disposable, lead-free, and green, so they are environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
Procedures
The Multi-Purpose Shields are designed for use in various biopsy and nephrostomy (kidney) procedures. These shields can be used anywhere on the body depending on the entry point.
